We spent the day with our amazing elderly friends at Corozal Helpage, spreading love and kindness in every way. From a fun-filled exercise session to get those endorphins pumping, to health screening tests to ensure their well-being, and sharing healthy snacks to nourish both body and soul… it was a day filled with joy, care, and connection!
